Shadow Work Course

This will be a 6 week intense course on Tuesday evenings from 7pm - 9pm. *Please note, this course is not for the faint hearted! You will be added to a our 'Spaces by Wix' app group for the course duration where you will have opportunity to ask questions with Toni and share your course self-study tasks/homework to further develop your inner witch! What is included in the course? *8 sessions (plus recommended 2 hours self-study in-between sessions) *Q&As with Toni Hunt *1-1 Guidance via our app *Practical witchcraft practices *Independent research tasks and discovery *Progressive individual programs available We will be covering: *Recognition of behavioral traits *Character understanding *Intensive self reflection *Triggers of behaviors *Perceptions of you and how others perceive you *Self Destructive issues *Analysis of nightmares *Darkest parts of your character *Childhood memories *Desired life +soo much more! You will be expected to engaged with this course not only for the 6 sessions provided by Toni, also lots of work/tasks to complete in between each class. Work books are provided for each person, although advised you bring your very own book of shadows for this course!
